Jamon Iberico

One of the problems with reading other’s people’s posts on food is that you get cravings . . . When I read Sylv’s post on www.despana.com, I came across a section in the website on Jamon Iberico, which is supposed to be the best ham in the world.  Yes – it’s better than Jamon Serrano.  Problema lang – not available siya   at least not at despana.com.  It’s the only ham that comes from a pig that feeds mostly on acorns.  Supposedly, the fat raises your good cholesterol and lowers the bad.  My kind of ham, if I can only find it.
