Remember my last post about offal and caul fat? I was wondering what a faggot was (it’s supposedly wrapped in caul fat). Well, I just found out that a faggot is a British abondiga or meatball! After trying Swedish meatballs at Aquavit, I’m not too sure I’d like to have faggots.
