Robert Sietsema’s book - “The Food Lover’s Guide to the Best Ethnic Eating in New York City”.
I’m constantly amazed at the bewildering variety of cuisines found in New York. Marita and I have already visited Queens three times to try food from San Salvador, Colombia, based on recommendations in the book.
I’d like to try Central Asian cuisines next time (Tajikistani, Uzbekistani, Georgian, Azerbaijani and Armenian). There are a couple of restaurants from these countries recommended by Sietsema in Queens and Brooklyn.
