I once made a post about taking a foodie tour and eating my way from France to Spain. There’s a series that is showing on PBS called “Spain on the Road Again”, featuring the gastronomic wanderings of four celebrities (Gwyneth Paltrow, Mario Battali, Mark Bittman and a Spanish actress whose name I can’t recall). The episodes feature the cuisines of the various regions of Spain and not surprisingly, they show culinary superstars like Ferran Adria of El Bulli, Juan Maria Arzak of Arzak. Marita is dead set on eating at San Pau, a Michelin 3 star restaurant in Costa Brava run by a lady chef. One of these days . . .
